Acceptance of Terms
- The Haarlem Shuffle e-card service is a free e-card service provided by the website haarlemshuffle.com. It is subject to the terms of use specified in this document.
- These terms and conditions may be periodically amended or extended by the providers of the service.
- By using the service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
- Should you object to any term or condition of these terms, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications or become dissatisfied with the Haarlem Shuffle e-card service in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the service.
Privacy
- Your personal information remains confidential and is used for the delivery of the message only.
- The message and all personal details from both sender and recipient are automatically deleted from our server as soon as the e-card is viewed by the recipient.
- Personal information supplied by users of the Haarlem Shuffle e-card service will not be held on file, passed on to third parties or used for any other purpose than the delivery of the message.
Copyright
- The images used by the Haarlem Shuffle e-card service remain the property and copyright of haarlemshuffle.com.
- Users are permitted to make one printed hard copy of the e-card and its contents for their own personal use.
- Users may not copy the images to a local hard disk (except for local page caching), upload them to a web server or distribute them via printed media or any other means.
- Action will be taken against any breach of copyright discovered by or reported to the providers of the service.
Disclaimer
- Senders and recipients of the Haarlem Shuffle e-card service use the service entirely at their own risk.
- The providers of the service cannot and do not accept responsbility for lost or undelivered e-cards whatever the cause.
- Messages and other data transmitted through, or linked from the Haarlem Shuffle e-card service, are the sole responsibility of the sender from whom such content originated.
- The providers of the service do not control, and are not responsible for content passed on via the service including content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
- The providers of the service cannot be held responsible for financial damage, loss or legal expenses incurred as a result of content transmitted via the service. Liability for such costs remains entirely with the originator of the message.
- The providers of the service have no means of checking and are not responsible for the authenticity of the identity or e-mail address of the sender. Senders of messages cannot be traced or identified by the providers of the service.
